We also provide custom-made MEA biochips upon request. We propose a layout design service and the fabrication of small and large series of customized MEA biochips. The pictures on the right illustrate our custom-made MEA biochip design service. Two different customized MEA layouts on 21 mm x 21 mm glass plates are shown. One is based on an hexagonal grid, and the other is a 6 x 12 matrix electrode arrangement. The electrode leads are made of ITO material and the electrodes are made of platinum. Four large ground electrodes were realized on-chip in these layouts.
